Refunds and Returns policy


You are welcome to request a refund if you change your mind and return the product within 30 days of making your purchase. You will need to return the product in its original packaging and in original, unused condition.


Before returning a product we encourage you to contact us to discuss any questions or concerns. Many issues can be addressed with more information and support.

If you return the product under our 30 day return policy, we will contact you once we have received it and assessed its condition. To receive a full refund the item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. If this is not the case, we will contact you to discuss what we are able to offer you. If your returned product meets our criteria, we will process your refund within five working days.

Other returns

If for any reason your product is damaged or does not function correctly when you receive it, we will repair or replace the product depending on the problem. Email us to explain your concerns (include pictures if possible), and we will contact you to discuss a solution. Email:

Product Warranty

For your peace of mind Enzell Limited warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions where it is being used according to the manufacturer's instructions, for a period of 1 year for electrical components and the toilet seat, and 3 years for the body from the date of original invoice and to the original purchaser.

Enzell Limited agrees at its option during the warranty period to repair defect in material or workmanship or to provide a refurbished or replacement product. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us if you are returning under the 30-return policy. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning for any other reason shipping costs will be part of our agreed settlement.

If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
